BLAZE Sales Reports: Total Sales, All Sales, and Voids

BLAZE has separate exports for transaction-level totals, line-item detail, and canceled or voided transactions. Picking by the question prevents using a summary export to answer a package-level question. The reporting glossary describes the available report families; the report guides define the fields.

Total Sales

The Total Sales Report is a dated list of member transactions, including sales and refunds, with taxes, discounts, and gross receipts. Use it when the question is about transaction totals, payment type, employee, or receipt amounts.

All Sales

The All Sales Report includes product-level rows alongside member and transaction information. Its fields include item quantity, product category, batch, discounts, and cost of goods sold. Use it when the investigation needs to identify the lines or packages behind a transaction.

Cancellations and voids

The Cancelation and Void Report focuses on transactions that were canceled or voided. BLAZE’s reporting glossary says it can show details such as which employee deleted or canceled the transaction. Use the transaction number to connect the exception to its underlying sale record.

The report window

BLAZE says reports over a two-week period are no longer shown in the standard view. Longer ranges are generated and sent to the email address associated with the logged-in user, then can be downloaded from Data Export > Generated. Keep the requested date range and report name with the exported file so another reviewer can reproduce the pull.

The cancellation-report help page contains inconsistent navigation wording, so confirm its current menu location in your account rather than relying on an unverified path. The report contents and purpose are described separately in the BLAZE reporting glossary.
