AI for everyday operations · Built for regulated retail

AI that does the sorting, so your team can do the deciding.

Not a chatbot stuck on the website. AI connected to your POS, inventory, compliance, and support tools to sort problems, answer repeat questions, and match records. A real person still makes every decision that matters.

Where it earns its keep

Let AI do the sorting. Keep the decisions with people.

Good fits
  • Sorting the same kinds of things every day, by rules you can write down
  • Questions that come up every week and already have a written answer
  • Finding the same product or customer in two or three systems
  • First drafts from a template, checked by a person before they go out
  • Noticing when numbers stop matching and telling the right person
Stays with people
  • Any change to METRC, BioTrack, or the POS
  • Counting the shelf and fixing the number afterward
  • Compliance calls and talking to the regulator
  • Customer messages that go beyond the approved template
  • Deciding what the rules should be

Offerings

Four jobs AI can take off your plate.

Sort problems automatically

Inventory mismatches, menu items you are out of, low-stock warnings, and system alerts. Sorted by type, duplicates removed, and sent to the person who fixes that kind of problem.

  • Rules based on the mismatches you already see
  • Every problem lands with a named person
  • A person approves any change to a system

Answer repeat questions

The same ten questions stop clogging the group chat. An assistant answers from your own written procedures, shows where the answer came from, and passes anything it is unsure about to a person.

  • Answers from your procedures, with the source shown
  • Hands off to a person when unsure
  • Keeps a list of questions nobody has written down yet

AI that never leaves the building

For patient, customer, and inventory data you cannot send to an outside company. The AI runs on a computer you own, sized to what you already have.

  • Pick a model that fits your computer
  • Search and draft from your own documents
  • Same approvals and records as the online version

Pick the right tools and learn them

For any small or family-owned business. Which tools fit your budget, what to connect first, and how the owner and the team run it without hiring a tech person.

  • A short list that fits your budget and systems
  • Hands-on training for the owner and staff
  • A ninety-day plan with the monthly cost

Proof

Running on this site and in the field.

resyn.cloud

A free tool that tells you which AI models will run on your computer and how fast they ran on similar machines.

This site's intake and chat

Every request sent through this site is sorted and routed automatically, and the chat button in the corner answers from the same pages you are reading.

Reconciliation workbooks

The METRC and BioTrack spreadsheets line up reports from two systems and list every mismatch to check. The automatic sorting uses the same categories.

How an AI project runs

Rules first, AI second, and your team runs it at the end.

  1. Find the routine

Name the repeat task that eats the most hours each week and who does it today.

  2. Write the rules

The rules in plain English, who gets told when something is unclear, and the list of what stays with people.

  3. Wire it in

Connect the AI to your systems and test it on last quarter's real data before it touches live work.

  4. Hand it over

Training, a short weekly check, the monthly cost, and a list of what to add next.

Fit questions

Quick answers.

Do I need technical experience to use AI in my business?

No. I pick the tools, connect them to the systems you already use, write the rules in plain English, and show the owner and the team how to run them.

Will AI write to METRC, BioTrack, or the POS on its own?

No. The AI sorts, matches, drafts, and hands things to people. A named person checks and approves anything that changes a state system, changes a count, or goes to a customer in words that are not from an approved template.

What data does a model actually see?

Only what the job needs. Reports are cut down to the columns the rule uses, names and ID numbers are hidden where they are not needed, and passwords never go near the AI. Every request and answer is saved so you can see what it did.

Can this run without sending data to a cloud AI vendor?

Yes. Some AI models can run on a computer you own instead of a vendor's servers. Searching your documents, drafting, and sorting work the same way, and nothing leaves the building.

Is this only for cannabis and regulated retail?

No. The examples come from regulated retail because the paperwork is hardest there. The same jobs show up in any small or family-owned business: the same questions over and over, piles of things to sort, and records that do not line up between two systems.

What does it cost to keep running?

Usually a small monthly bill for the AI and automation tools, plus a short weekly check someone on your team does. Before I hand it over you get the monthly cost, how often to check it, and who owns each piece.

When is this not a fit?

Not a fit for replacing a physical count, making compliance calls, writing generic marketing, or buying a chatbot because a competitor has one.
